3. Agree on the job
Confirm the scope, timing, and all-in price before you pay. Stripe securely handles card details; HOD never stores your full card number or CVC.
4. Complete and review
The professional reports the work as finished. You review it and explicitly approve before Stripe captures payment. HOD then starts the provider transfer without an additional waiting period; a reported issue keeps the funds on hold for HOD review.
